Pistachio Salad |

Ingredients:
1 (3.4 oz) package instant Pistachio Pudding mix
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice, undrained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
½ cup chopped nuts
1 (8 oz) container of Cool Whip, thawed

Directions:
Stir together pineapple with juice, pudding mix, marshmallows and nuts until well blended.
Gently fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.

Optional:
Serve in individual cups and add a scoop of topping and a maraschino cherry on top.
